Pur rimanendo fedele allo spirito con cui nasceva incentrato su resistenza, versatilità di montaggio e facilità di manutenzione, questo modello è evoluto tecnicamente e costantemente per adattarsi alle attuali esigenze del trasporto inerti e dei veicoli industriali.
Cabriolé è quindi adatto a molteplici contesti e tipi di carico e può essere installato su ribaltabili trilaterali, casse agricole, veicoli cava-cantiere.
Il suo funzionamento è caratterizzato da una meccanica anteriore e da archi che scorrono lungo il profilo della cassa impacchettando la copertura dal retro verso la parte anteriore.
La movimentazione può essere manuale, elettrica (con telecomando o APP da Smartphone) o idraulica e il telo è disponibile in:
PVC da 650 gr/m2;
PVC ADR autoestinguente;
Poliuretano per il trasporto di materiale ad alte temperature.
La chiusura e apertura della copertura si realizza in meno di un minuto, sempre con operatore a terra, in modo completamente sicuro.
Questo modello di copertura è personalizzabile con numerosi accessori, inoltre, scegliendo fra le possibilità di chiusura laterale e posteriore offerte, è possibile ottenere un ottimo livello di ermeticità.
Chiusure laterali:
Tipo A – priva di bandelle laterali. Consigliata per inerti come sassi, pietra, terra, etc.;
Tipo B - con bandella lunga circa 25cm, Consigliata per materiali fini come sementi, atomizzato, materiale volatile che richieda una copertura ermetica;
Tipo C – con bandella lunga circa 13 cm, che non richiede impermeabilità ma una buona protezione dagli agenti atmosferici.
Chiusure posteriori:
Ribaltina – chiusura automatica a bracci comandati da molle a ribaltamento;
Standard – con arrotolamento manuale dall’ultimo arco;
Arco fisso – con un arco fissato direttamente sulla cassa;
Testata con molle smontabile;
Testata con molle standard;
Con arco a sbalzo.

Cabriolé is suitable for a variety of applications and loads and can be installed on three-way tippers, agricultural containers, and quarry/construction site vehicles.
It is operated at the front by means of a system of bows that slide along the container rails covering the container from the rear to the front.
The operation can be manual, electronic (by means of a remote control or an App on your smartphone) or hydraulic and the tarpaulin is available in:
PVC 650 gr/m2;
Self-extinguishing ADR PVC;
Polyurethane for the transport of materials at high temperatures.
Opening and closing the tarpaulin takes less than a minute, always by an operator on the ground, in complete safety.
This tarpaulin system can be custom-made to include a wide range of accessories. In addition, if you choose between the side or rear closing options you can achieve maximum level of airtightness.
Side closures:
Type A – without side straps. Recommended for aggregate materials such as stones, rocks, soil, etc.;
Type B - with approx 25cm-long strap, recommended for fine materials such as seed, particles, volatile materials requiring an airtight tarpaulin;
Type C – with approx 13cm-long strap, which does not need to be waterproof but requires good protection from atmospheric agents.
